NNPP Denies Alleged Coalition with PDP and Other Parties

The National Secretary of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Olaposi Oginni, refutes claims of a coalition involving the NNPP and six other political parties termed “Coalition of Concerned Political Parties,” labeling it as fake and baseless.

Oginni emphasizes that the NNPP has not sanctioned any coalition with other political parties, including the People’s Democratic Party, and urges the public to disregard such assertions.

In a letter addressed to the Board of Trustees Chairman of PDP, Oginni warns the PDP against engaging with individuals who do not represent NNPP’s interests.NNPP Denies Alleged Coalition with PDP and Other Parties

“I have the collective instruction of NNPP’s leadership, and any purported coalition is not authorized,” states the letter.

He specifically cautions against involving Sen. Kwankwaso, emphasizing that Kwankwaso is not a member of NNPP and lacks authority to engage in negotiations or coalitions on behalf of the party.

The NNPP intends to notify relevant regulatory and security agencies, as well as the general public, to prevent any damage to the party and avoid potential legal complications.

The letter concludes by advising the PDP leadership not to be misled by expelled members, such as Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, who falsely claims association with NNPP.
