Nigerians In Diaspora Jollified As Nigerian Independence Day Celebration was Confirmed

Since the CoronaVirus pandemic kept ravaging the world,  so many cultural events had been reported postponed or closed, luckily for Nigerians in the diaspora who had to adhere to social distancing principles and participated in obtaining the ongoing  convid-19  vaccination to finally receive Convid-19 green pass certificate, had been an inspiration behind the Nigeria Embassy in Rome -Italy spearheaded by His Excellency, Ambassador Mfawa Omini Abam to host this year’s Nigeria’s Independence day with Nigerians in the diaspora. Nigerian Embassy Rome- Italy,  which is also a Nigerian Government arm,  had decided to celebrate Nigeria’s Independence Day on the 2nd of October  2021,  to socialize and discuss the way forward in a more civilised manner by respecting the Covid-19 principles such as face mask, sanitiser and social distancing as to demonstrate integration in a foreign land.

“Cultural activities, Tourism in Nigeria alongside Business opportunities will be discussed with Investors, we as the Federal Government of Nigeria’s representative will guarantee every nation who wishes to trade in our country Nigeria,” said the sitting Ambassador.

His Excellency, Ambassador Mfawa Omini Abam unveiled this announcement recently at the Embassy, while talking to Gentlemen of the press. The sportive man and a good listener,  Ambassador Mfawa Omini Abam was described by Obaland Magazine as the exemplary leader of the year at Nigeria Embassy house in Rome on Friday last week, after his electrifying speech. Recall His Excellency, Ambassador Mfawa Omini Abam hasn’t left any stone on turned since he resumed office. According to various reports  gathered at the Nigerian Embassy Rome by Obaland Magazine from the multitude of Nigerians who sincerely acknowledged  the  recent change   for good at the Nigeria Embassy Rome, regarding  their honest services, since His Excellency, Ambassador Mfawa Omini Abam resumed office

 

“This man has changed Nigeria Embassy in Rome – Italy to a more transparent and hard-working team, our depression had been terminated for some time now, immediately we stepped into our Nigeria Embassy Rome, we received a warm welcome as Nigerians from the Embassy employees, this hasn’t happened before, He had also promised to evacuate the touts outside the Nigeria Embassy as soon as possible. We pray he remains here to serve Nigerians in diaspora” said Madam Queen Eweka Ekhoe a Nigerian resident in Italy seeking a Travel certificate at the time of the interview
