The financial manoeuvre approved by the Chamber and the Senate is at the centre of the new social video of Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni. “Having approved it in advance is a sign of stability of which I am proud”, he says in the “Notes of Giorgia” format. According to the prime minister, the government “will be long-lasting and will complete its work” so “we can look to the future with optimism”. 2023, concluded Giorgia Meloni “will be a year of recovery and victories”.
Still, on the Maneuver, the premier recalled that “we have approved a Budget Law that is dedicated to the future, I am thinking of the family package, flat taxes, which can give an initial idea of how this government moves, from the different relationship between citizens and State, between State and companies”.
“This is a government that does not want to manage the ordinary – added Meloni -, it wants to give this nation an industrial vision, an idea of what the different relationship should be between the state and citizens, between the state and taxpayers, between the state and families, between the state and businesses. It seems to me that the Maneuver is beginning to provide these elements”.
The Prime Minister is now focused on the next steps. “There are major reforms to be made – he said -: taxation, bureaucracy, justice, presidential. We are already working on all these matters because we will not waste a day of the time we have to give this nation what it deserves”.
In the usual social appointment for the ‘Notes of Giorgia’, the leader of the Brothers of Italy clarified that in the “first weeks of the new year the executive will deal more generally with other matters concerning security. We continue to defend the principle of legality and to defend the idea of a State which is not a ‘Republic of bananas’, which is a State in which instead everyone must respect the clear rules, and where the government intervenes when they are not respected. Italy that is relentless towards those who respect the rules and who pretend not to see those who continuously violate them”.
