Mr Akin Olayisade, an All Progressives Congress (APC), chieftain and Coordinator of Tinubu/Shettima Grassroot Independent Campaign Council in Ekiti State, has reiterated that the 2023 General Elections was a lesson to leaders not to take the people for granted.
The APC chieftain said it was thought-provoking that some incumbent governors lost election into the Senate chamber which is only one-third of a state.
According to him this shows that the electorate are conscious and are ready to vote out bad leaders who did not perform well.
While speaking with Journalists on Friday, Olayisade, promised Nigerians that the president-elect, Bola Tinubu, would not take citizens for granted.
